I have extensive experience supporting individuals and families impacted by loss, family disruption, and complex life stressors. I am especially drawn to helping children and adolescents make sense of their world and their place in it—building language for big feelings, strengthening identity and self-esteem, and supporting healthier ways of coping, communicating, and connecting at home, at school, and with peers.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship and life transitions, as well as more complex experiences such as suicidal ideation, domestic violence, and the emotional challenges that can come with immigration and starting over in a new place.
I offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you can speak openly and feel genuinely understood and validated. I also offer therapy support in Telugu and Tamil.
